Виконання завдань тактичної авіації в антитерористичній операції та операції об’єднаних сил на сході держави вказало на низку недоліків в системі бойової підготовки Збройних Сил України. Одним з головних недоліків існуючої системи бойової підготовки є недосконалість індивідуальної підготовка офіцерів та готовність її забезпечити набуття необхідного рівня індивідуальних спроможностей офіцерського складу виконувати завдання за призначенням. Спираючись на головні принципи індивідуальної підготовки офіцерів та використовуючи аналіз результатів, що отримані за допомогою використання удосконаленого науково-методичного апарату з оцінювання ефективності бойової підготовки, обґрунтовані рекомендації щодо організації і проведення індивідуальної підготовки офіцерів бригади тактичної авіації. Запропоновані рекомендації в подальшому дозволить удосконалити індивідуальну підготовку офіцерів бригади тактичної авіації.

The necessity of introducing new approaches to individual training organization and implementation for the faculty members commissioned officers in higher military educational institutions under the NATO principles and standards is justified by the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine. Therefore, a substantiated approach to improving the individual training system for the faculty members commissioned officers in higher military educational institutions is required. It is impossible without a relevant scientific methodological instrument of efficiency evaluation. Proceeding from the scientific methodological approaches to the evaluation of the individual training efficiency for military personnel and the experience of its conduct in higher military educational institutions, the article provides a methodological approach to evaluating the efficiency of the individual training of faculty members commissioned officers in higher military educational institutions based on a calculation of a multicriteria dimensionless evaluation enabling not only to evaluate the competence level of faculty members commissioned officers but also to consider the trainees’ influence in the course of the individual training organization. The indicators describing the level of faculty members commissioned officers’ competence include the level of their methodological skills, education, length of service in a given position, availability of academic titles and advanced training courses. The indicators describing the level of individual training organization by the trainees include the quality of individual training planning and the level of individual training activities’ support. The quality of the individual training planning depends on the trainees’ influence on the content of the commissioned officers’ individual training curriculum. The level of support of individual training activities depends on the sufficiency of the provision of material and technical assets and training facilities. The given methodological approach enables the quantitative evaluation of the individual training efficiency for faculty members commissioned officers in higher military educational institutions and reveals challenges during its organization and implementation, resulting in the necessity to develop recommendations on individual training improvement.

The need to introduce new approaches to increase the level of combat capability of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. This requires a reasonable approach to issues of improving the activities of commanders (commanders, chiefs) and their deputies in order to increase the combat capability of subordinate military units (subunits), which is not possible without the use of appropriate scientific and methodological apparatus. On the basis of scientific and methodical approaches to the evaluation of individual components (indicators) of the combat capability of military organizational structures and the experience of conducting inspections of the combat readiness of military units, the article outlines a methodical approach to assessing the level of combat capability of a military unit. Indicators that have a direct impact on the level of combat capability of a military unit include: "PERSONNEL", which characterizes its level of staffing and their moral and psychological state; "PREPAREDNESS", which characterizes the level of individual training (training of servicemen) and the level of collective training (coherence in the composition of structural units); "WEAPONS", which characterizes the level of provision of the military unit with serviceable regular samples of weapons and military equipment; "SUPPLY", which characterizes the level of provision of the military unit with usable material and technical means. This methodical approach makes it possible to carry out a quantitative assessment of the level of combat capability of a military unit to perform assigned tasks, as well as to identify problematic issues based on its indicators. The results of the conducted research can be practically used during the evaluation of the combat capability of military units, during the development of guiding documents regulating the specified issue, as well as in the course of further research in this direction in scientific institutions.
