Pathophysiology and Management of Cerebral Edema

Abstract: Edema serebral secara komprehensif didefinisikan sebagai peningkatan patologis pada jumlah air otak keseluruhan yang mengarah ke peningkatan volume otak. Edema di otak dapat diklasifikasikan secara topografi menjadi fokal atau global. Sesuai penyebabnya dapat dikategorikan sebagai sitotoksik, vasogenik, interstisial, atau gabungan.
