To assess the effectiveness of the management of land resources for agricultural enterprises suggested factors affecting the market for agricultural products, which integrates a system of environmental, economic and social indicators in this area. The paper highlights main theoretical aspects of the land resource management of the agricultural enterprises. The essence of land resource management is shown based on the definition of the objects of management, which are land resources of agricultural enterprises, subjects of management, which are landowners and employees of such agricultural enterprises, and objective of management, which is providing and maintaining the efficiency of land resources usage as a key factor of agricultural production. The land market and its structure are presented in detail. The characteristic structure of land resources leading European countries. Described prospects management of land resources of agricultural enterprises. A complete analysis of mortgage lending secured by agricultural lands has been carried out. A decrease in the number of agricultural enterprises, which is mostly connected with imperfections of land governance, formed in the state, has been identified. Relationships between strengths and weaknesses of agricultural enterprises, opportunities, and threats of efficient land use have been identified. Scenarios of economic development have been considered, which should be taken into account while developing a strategy.

The world is changing due to technological innovations that are reflected in both the customers’ needs and the payment systems themselves. Payment systems that operate on the territory of Ukraine have certain properties, which the potential client draws attention to when choosing one of them. Let's conduct complex research and we will propose solutions of a relevant scientific task which consists of the development of theoretical and methodological foundations, methodological approaches and practical recommendations on the implementation and improvement of the functioning of payment systems in Ukraine in the light of world experience. Modern payment systems are one of most the important and fundamental parts of Ukraine`s financial infrastructure. The article offers a theoretical understanding of the payment system and considers the peculiarities of the payment systems functioning in Ukraine at the present stage. The payment systems market and its structure are presented in details. Payments and transfers number are highlighted. The statistics on illegal payment card transactions are reviewed. The payment systems of the leading European countries are characterized. The prospects of the National Bank of Ukraine with the largest European payment systems are described. On a basis expansion of the structure of criteria of the importance of payment service providers and accounting of the presence of crucial participants in payment service providers is developed a methodical approach to the assessment of the priority of payment service providers. The practical value of the received results consists in their use for the development of normative legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine, the safety of payment service provider of Ukraine regulating an order. Measures to increase payment system`s security level in Ukraine are outlined. For the banking system of Ukraine, European experience in the field of payment systems is very important, as today the concept of borders is quite conventional when it comes to payment services. In this regard, determining the priority of payment systems that operate in Ukraine is of particular importance, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic.

Abstract. The situation on the market of bank crediting of agricultural enterprises is analysed. Have been identified the key reasons for the low efficiency of the current mechanism of lending by banks to the agro-industrial sector. The key shortcomings in the system of financing the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are revealed. The investment attractiveness in Ukraine is considered and specified in the dynamics by regions. The volumes of financing the activity of agro-industrial enterprises in Ukraine by sources of income are analysed. It is proved that effective financing opens wide opportunities for the development of enterprises in the agricultural sector. In the study general and specific economic methods, as well as a basic research approach, which allowed us to determine the economic nature of the financial sector and the scope of financing of agricultural enterprises are used. The financial instruments of the agricultural enterprise use of which will promote the achievement of the European standards are offered. Scientifically substantiated recommendations on the directions of application in Ukraine of the international experience of stimulation of the financial activity of subjects of the agro-industrial complex are entered. In developed countries, a rich arsenal of support tools is used to support financial activities in the agro-industrial complex. A list of the most common tools for such support used in developed countries is given. It is noted that the solution of problems of financial support for the development of the agro-industrial complex should be carried out on the basis of studying, generalizing, and taking into account the best international experience. The world experience of financing the agricultural sector of the economy and the peculiarities of the distribution of state subventions for the development of agricultural production are studied. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is represented by a set of theoretical and practical aspects of the study, namely proposals for the current state of lending to agriculture and recommendations for the use of new financial instruments in the context of the implementation of international experience.
