Peluang Wirausaha Diversifikasi Olahan Pangan Tradisional Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Oleh Suku Mandar di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, Sulawesi Barat, Indonesia

Abstract: Kabupaten Polewali Mandar kaya akan hasil alam, sehingga seringkali hasil alam tersebut melimpah. Diversifikasi olahan hasil alam tersebut merupakan salah satu cara agar keluarga tidak bosan karena adanya penyegaran menu, selain itu, diversifikasi juga merupakan bentuk pengawetan agar tetap dapat dinikmati pada kesempatan berikutnya.
