Covid has had an impact on the lives of employees generally including university employees. Social restrictions have posed a serious problem with regard to employee performance. In order to maximize employee performance, it is necessary to use information technology in the new normal life. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the use of information technology (X) on employee performance (Y). The subject of the research was employees of Sabang College of Economics in Banda Aceh and the Indonesian College of Informatics management in Banda Aceh. The type of the research used was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The samples were 46 respondents at Sabang College of Economics in Banda Aceh and Indonesian College of Informatics management in Banda Aceh. The data analyses are descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, and multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. The results concluded that the independent variables have a significant influence on employee performance simultaneously and partially. Thus, of the two independent variables, efficacy has the most dominant influence on employee performance. The use of IT has the largest beta coefficient and t count. The results of multiple linear regression concluded that the independent variable has a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance, which is 64.7%. The remaining 35.3% is another variable that can affect employee performance. Other variables that can influence employee performance include employee motivation and ability. Information Technology has had some bearing on employee performance in universities during this the new normal life of Covid-19 period.

Dalam usaha menekan penularan virus covid-19, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan pelaksanaan school from home atau pembelajaran dilakukan dari rumah melalui sistem online. Tujuan utama dari Pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada Pendidik/Tutor/Guru dalam penerapan pembelajaran online di PKBM Bungaeja dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Motivasi belajar adalah dorongan atau daya penggerak yang ada dalam diri peserta didik untuk dapat mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan optimal. Pada pembelajaran sistem online dilakukan menggunakan bantuan teknologi informasi dan jaringan internet. Hal ini mengakibatkan pembelajaran jarak jauh mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah untuk mencapai motivasi belajar pada pembelajaran online Pendidik/Tutor/Guru di PKBM Bungaeja 1) Meningkatkan Kualitas Tenaga Pendidik/Tutor/Guru, 2) Memilih Metode Pembelajaran yang Tepat, 3) Memaksimalkan Fasilitas Pembelajaran, 4) Melakukan Evaluasi Pembelajaran.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the teaching campus education program during the transition period of the Covid-19 pandemic, namely from an online learning process to an offline learning process. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Grade 1-6 students from Public Elementary School 02 Cawet were used as test subjects. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The learning process that switches from online to offline learning requires preparation and adaptation by schools, teachers, parents and students. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of offline learning is quite good, but to reduce student interaction, learning is carried out according to health protocols. The process, implementation and effectiveness of online learning still need to be improved in order to achieve the educational goals of students effectively in terms of teaching, application of technology adaptation and school administration.
