In the effort to hold up the case spread of COVID-19’s growth rate by implementing health protocols such as the use of masks, supervision is needed especially for the people who have not or still have problems to wearing masks. In this research, the system utilizes the robotic power to identify visitors whether they are wearing masks or not, and automatically distribute masks if the user is detected as not wearing a mask. The user face detection process uses the Haar Cascade Classifier algorithm and SVM (Support Vector Machine) to classify users who wear masks or not. For the user who is detected as not wearing masks, myCobot-Pi with the support of suction pump will distribute masks to users. The use of myCobot-Pi as a raspberry pi based robotic arm allows the application of the system on devices that are minimal in terms of specifications and size. Through trials by taking 41 examples of detection cases, 29 cases were found that managed to detect the correct use of masks. In addition, in this study we use PP sheet plastic protector to replace the packaging of the mask because it can be carried by the suction pump properly.

There were 248 cases of Covid-19 among traders in Padang City. The application of health protocols to traders is still low at 44.1%. The strategy in breaking the chain of transmission of Covid-19 is by implementing health protocols, especially in the market. The strategy in breaking the chain of transmission of Covid-19 is by implementing health protocols in daily life, especially in public places such as markets. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the compliance of Pasar Raya traders in the application of the Covid-19 preventive health protocol. The study used a quantitative approach with a cross sectional study design. The dependent variable is the application of health protocols. The independent variables are age, gender, education, knowledge, attitudes and sources of information. Samples were taken purposively as many as 100 respondents according to the inclusion criteria. Collecting data using a questionnaire on traders at Pasar Raya Padang. Multivariate analysis using logistic regression. The results of the study found that 68% of traders did not comply in implementing the Covid-19 prevention health protocol. The most influential variable with compliance in the application of health protocols is knowledge with a POR of 3.29 (95% CI 1.27-8.56), meaning that traders who have low knowledge have 3.29 times the opportunity to be disobedient in implementing the COVID-19 preventive health protocol. compared to traders who have high knowledge. Continuous education is needed to market traders regarding the benefits of implementing health protocols to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19. Manusia tidak akan pernah bisa terlepas dengan teknologi. Hampir semua aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh manusia berbasis teknologi. Perkembangan teknologi membawa suatu perubahan bagi kehidupan manusia. Salah satunya yaitu dalam bidang pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan terkait peran teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran serta cara menumbuhkan jiwa kreativitas siswa melalui pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kepustakaan (Library Research). Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan sumber referensi dari buku, artikel, serta jurnal yang relevan dengan penelitian tersebut. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan sajian data dan simpulan. Hasil kajian yang diperoleh oleh peneliti yaitu secara garis besar teknologi mempunyai peran yang sangat penting. Terutama dalam proses pembelajaran. Keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaraan saat ini dilihat dari maksimalnya seorang guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi yang dijadikan sebagai salah satu strategi yang tepat. Penggunaan media tidak lain dapat menarik perhatian siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Meskipun pembelajaran dilakukan secara virtual. Namun adanya teknologi tidak mengurangi rasa ketertarikan siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Hal ini disebabkan teknologi mampu memberikan suatu hal yang baru bagi siswa. Terutama dalam hal memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan. Di sisi lain pemanfaatan teknologi tidak hanya membantu siswa dalam memaksimalkan proses pembelajaran melainkan dapat membantu siswa dalam menumbuhkembangkan jiwa kekreativitasan yang dimilikinya.
