Traumatic brain injuries are significant cause of disability and mortality worldwide, with Aceh having the highest incidence of head injuries at 14 percent, ranking 12th in Indonesia. This case report focuses on providing nursing care to patients with traumatic brain injuries at Dr Zainoel Abidin General Hospital in Banda Aceh. The patients had decreased consciousness, increased blood pressure, irregular breathing, pain due to increased intracranial pressure, decreased muscle strength, and grade II posterior ulcers. Common nursing issues included decreased intracranial adaptive capacity, pain, impaired physical mobility, impaired skin integrity, and self-care impairments. Interventions included monitoring vital signs, observing elevated intracranial pressure, elevating the head by 30 degrees, murottal therapy, muscle strength training, repositioning, wound care, and skin care. The nursing evaluation showed a significant increase in consciousness, reduced pain severity, improved muscle strength, and reduced skin layer damage. Nurses should follow recommendations for positioning patients with inadequate intracranial adaptive capacity and encouraging range of motion exercises. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mutual Al-Qur'an therapy on pain intensity in post-orthopedic surgery patients. This research method is Quasi experiment pre-post non-equivalent with a control group. The sample of this study were long bone ORIF postoperative patients totaling 37 in the control group and 37 in the experimental group. Data collection was carried out twice pre and post murottal intervention with the Brief Pain Inventory (BPI) instrument. Data analysis used Mann-Whitney statistical test analysis. The results showed that the p-value was 0.000 (α <0.05) which indicated that Ha was accepted or murottal Al-Qur'an therapy was effective in reducing pain intensity in post-orthopedic surgery patients at dr. Fauziah Bireuen. In conclusion, Al-Qur'an murotal therapy can be applied as an intervention in providing nursing care to post-ORIF patients to reduce pain levels. Introduction : Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a diagnosis that refers to the proliferation of epithelial tissue and smooth muscle in the prostatic transition zone (Reynardi 2021). One of the actions taken to overcome the problem of BPH is TURP (Transuretharl Resection Of the Prostate). Methods: This study used the case study method with 1 patient and 1 case of nursing problems in postoperative TURP patients who experienced acute pain problems. Results: After nursing interventions with relaxation techniques and distraction techniques in Postoperative TURP patients showed that distraction relaxation techniques can reduce pain levels in patients from scale 5 to scale 2 and also the criteria for the results achieved Conclusion: Distraction Relaxation Techniques with Murrotal can reduce pain scale in postoperative patients.
