Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract: Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi di Jakarta.
