PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada PT LKM Demak Sejahtera)

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Obyek penelitian dalam penulisan ini yaitu karyawan PT. LKM Demak Sejahtera. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 karyawan dengan kriteria responden berusia 20-25 tahun.
