Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Gama Panca Makmur Di Tangerang

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gama Panca Makmur di Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 76 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis.
