Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Dosen

Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengumpulkan perspektif dosen untuk mengkaji prestasi kerja dosen di Universitas Pamulang dan memperluas hubungan antara persepsi mereka terhadap iklim organisasi dan beban kerja mereka.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dosen universitas pamulang.
