Pengaruh Inovasi Produk Terhadap Niat Pembelian Ulang Dimediasi Oleh Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap niat pembelian ulang dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen (Studi pada Bakery Patisserie & Café Sanur). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar dengan teknik analisis data Path Analisis. Ukuran sampel yang didapat dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 110 responden.
