Abstract: Tahu merupakan makanan yang digemari di Indonesia dan industri tahu merupakan salah satu industri yang cukup potensial untuk dikembangkan. Tingginya konsumen tahu membuat industri tahu semakin banyak bermunculan, namun dengan bertambahnya industri tahu juga akan berdampak menghasilkan limbah yang lebih banyak.
