PENGARUH KOMBINASI INTENSITAS NAUNGAN DENGAN ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH INDOLE BUTIRIC ACID (IBA), NAPHTHALENE ACETIC ACID (NAA), DAN VITAMIN B1 DALAM AKLIMATISASI PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT GAHARU (Aquilaria beccariana)

Abstract: The objective of this research is to know the optimal formula of Indole Butiric Acid (IBA), Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA), Vitamine B1 and the combination with shading intensities to the acclimatization of Gaharu stump (Aquilaria beccariana). This research used Factorial Design with basic analysis of Complete Randomized Design in order to know theeffect of treatment. The research was carried out in Agroindustry and Biotechnology Laboratory, Ciampea, Bogor, from July to September 2007. The results of the resear… Show more

“…Light is associated with the work of the auxin hormone, where the activity of the auxin hormone is driven by light. In sufficient light conditions the auxin work optimal thus spur cell division and elongation (Mulyono, 2012). Table 4 shows the uniformity of Zoysia sp.…”

“…Each planting material has a different ability to form roots and buds due to differences in type and variability of carbohydrates and other stored materials from photosynthesis [29]. The number stress of roots and the length of the plant's roots are not acquiring a noticeable influence from the vitamin B1 given [30]. The guess from the response of giving vitamin B1 to whole planting material increase growth, while in the planting material shoots have not affected the pattern of physiological activity at intervals but acts as an adaptation resistance response.…”

“…According to Mulyono [18], it is said that the direction and quality of plant growth and development are largely determined by growth regulators. The successful growth of seedlings during the acclimatization period requires growth regulators that can stimulate roots, including growth regulators for auxin.…”
