Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Pt XXX

Abstract: Penelitian bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi juga motivasi pada kinerja pegawai PT XXX. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 82 orang pegawai. Metode yang dipakai di penelitian ialah metode survei, bentuk penelitian yaitu deskriftif dan verifikatif. Kuesioner tersebut diuji memakai uji validitas juga reliabilitas.
