Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract: Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Survey dilakukan terhadap 150 orang pelanggan yang merupakan konsumen sepeda di Kota Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis jalur untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik parsial maupun simultan.
