Background: One of the places where many bacteria are found is the oral cavity. Influenced by temperature, humidity, and food availability. Knowledge of dental and oral health should be given from an early age because children begin to understand the importance of oral and dental health, which is strongly influenced by knowledge and behavior. Brushing teeth in children with a frequency that is not optimal can be caused because children are not accustomed to brushing teeth early by parents. To be done with fun, learning can be given with montessori games to improve children's knowledge and behavior. Objective: To determine the effect of the montessori brushing game method on increasing knowledge and brushing behavior of grade I students at MI Darul Khoer Wanayasa, Purwakarta Regency. Method: Design using quantitative analytics with one group pre-test and post-test design research design. The type of research used is the Wilcoxon test. Results: Students had knowledge and behavior of brushing teeth with less category 54.6% before the Montessori game method and after the Montessori game method 63.8% of children experienced an increase in knowledge and behavior of brushing teeth with a good category with Asymp.sign (2-tailed) scores of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: There is an influence of Montessori game method on knowledge and behavior of brushing teeth in in elementary school children.

The ability to recognize the concept of early numbers in early childhood is very important to develop so that children are ready to take part in learning mathematics at a higher level. This study aims to determine the effect of mathematics learning approaches and self-regulation to recognize the concept of early numbers ability in kindergarten. The study used an experimental method with a treatment design by level 2x2. The sample used was 32 children. Score data, ability to recognize number concepts, analyzed and interpreted. The results showed that: (1) The Realistic Mathematics Education approach is better than the Open Ended Approach in improving the ability to recognize children's number concepts; (2) There is an interaction effect between mathematics learning approaches and Self-Regulation to recognize the concept of early numbers ability; (3) The Realistic Mathematics Education approach is more suitable for children with high self-regulation, (4) The Open Ended approach is more suitable for children with low self-regulation. Subsequent experiments are expected to find mathematics learning approaches for children whose self-regulation is low on recognizing the concept of early numbers ability. This research aims to improve the ability to recognize the number symbols 1-10 using the Stick Math educational game tool (ETG STIKMA). This research method uses a quasi-experimental design with a control group to test the effectiveness of using ETG STIKMA on the ability to recognize numbers. ETG STIKMA learning media has been tested by material experts and media experts who are experienced and competent in their fields. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and observation. The material expert's validation results were 80%, then the media expert gave a result of 97%, which means that the media and materials contained in STIKMA media are suitable for use to improve the cognitive abilities of children aged 5-6 years at Fatimah Az-Zahro Kindergarten. The effectiveness test results show that children's cognitive abilities in recognizing numbers 1-10 have increased by 10.50% with a positive rating of 210.00. So, this game is appropriate and efficient for improving cognitive abilities regarding the number symbols 1-10.
