The purpose of this study is to analyze related to the management of sports facilities and infrastructure in the activities of the Provincial Sports Week (Porprov) VII in 2022. This research is qualitative descriptive research with a naturalistic approach. There were 22 people who were the subject of the study consisting of 11 coaches and 11 athletes who competed in the Jember City. Data collection techniques use interview techniques that are conducted offline and online. The interview instrument consists of 10 questions, both for coaches and athletes. Data analysis techniques use thematic analysis that goes through the stages of data reduction, organizing, and interpreting data. The results showed that the feasibility of a good place to compete and, according to mash standards, has not been evenly distributed in the Porprov VII in 2022. Likewise, facilities such as toilets, spectators, warm-up rooms, and special dressing rooms for athletes are still not well available in some sports venues. The conclusion is that the management of sports facilities and infrastructure in the Porprov VII in 2022 is quite good. However, there are still some facilities that need to be equipped and improved eligibility conditions.

Adanya standar sarana dan prasarana memegang peranan penting dalam keberlangsungan suatu olahraga. Pada kolam renang Gelanggang Olahraga (GOR) Sidoarjo ini memerlukan pengembangan lanjutan dan pengaadaan fasilitas yang minim keterbatasan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan sarana, prasarana, dan manajemen dalam persiapan Pekan Olahraga Provinsi (PORPROV) Jawa Timur 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan mengadopsi metode observasi, yang melibatkan penggunaan teknik wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Bidang Olahraga Dinas Kepemudaan, Pariwisata dan Olahraga Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Seksi Prasarana Olahraga Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Koordinator Kolam Renang GOR Sidoarjo, Pengelola Kolam Renang GOR Sidoarjo, Pelatih, Atlet, Pengunjung dengan total subjek sebanyak 23 orang. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah dengan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan sarana dan prasaran kolam renang GOR Sidoarjo pada kategori baik. Pengembangan manajemen kolam renang GOR Sidoarjo pada kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan temuan yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sarana, prasarana dan manajemen kolam renang GOR Sidoarjo berjalan dengan dan mendapatkan dukungan dari pemerintah dalam pengadaan dan perawatan kolam renang. Diperlukan peningkatan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana kolam renang untuk menyediakan fasilitas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan atlet dan pelatih dalam persiapan PORPROV Tahun 2023, sambil mendorong atlet untuk melatih lebih maksimal guna mencapai prestasi yang membanggakan.

Sexual intercourse is a sexual activity that does not only include one person but also involves other parties as partners. Sexual relations have certain rules so as not to harm either the wife or the husband. Problem formulation of how is the sexual relationship between husband and wife in the perspective of normative, sociology, and psychology? The purpose of this research is to find out the sexual relations of husband and wife from a normative, sociological, and psychological perspective, and how the rights and obligations of sexual relations between men and women in marriage are equal. This research uses library research or qualitative methods. The approach used is a normative, sociological, and psychological approach. The results of this study are that Islam regulates sexual relations between husband and wife. In surah al-Baqarah (2): 223 it is stated that the wife is a rice field cultivated by her husband. The husband is given freedom regarding how and when to have sexual relations with his wife. Sexual relations are a form of human activity that is naturally ingrained from birth. By nature, everything is created in pairs. From a sociological perspective, husband and wife in sex life become biological partners in household life. Humans cannot deny reproductive activity as one of their biological needs. In this case, Allah swt. has bestowed pleasure so that humans (husband and wife) have fun doing it so that they can continue it and maintain generations of people on this earth. Meanwhile from a psychological perspective every couple, especially the husband, tries to make his partner happy in sexual intercourse, especially in achieving the wife’s sexual satisfaction. One thing that can be done to achieve wife’s sexual satisfaction is to establish open and deep communication between husband and wife. So, the harmonious relationship between husband and wife can affect the health of the couple’s sexual behavior and conversely, the health of the husband and wife’s sexual behavior can affect the harmony of their relationship. Sexual fulfillment, as a form of spiritual livelihood, rights for a husband and wife can create a feeling of happiness in order to realize the goals of marriage, namely sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah.
