This study analyzes the occurrence of economic convergence between districts / cities in Aceh Province and looks at the factors that can accelerate the economic convergence. This study uses panel data from 23 districts / cities in Aceh Province for the period 2008-2018. The results found from this study are that there has been economic convergence, both sigma convergence and beta convergence, in Aceh Province. Factors that significantly influence economic convergence in Aceh Province are the average length of schooling, life expectancy, and the special autonomy fund. The time needed to get to half the convergence process is 4.10 years with the resulting conditional beta convergence rate of 16.89%.

This study analyzes economic developments to map the economic potential and leading sectors in improving the economy in South Kalimantan. Through the presence of Special Economic Zones (SEZ) it is expected to be able to accommodate industrial activities, exports and imports as well as other economic activities in improving the regional economy so that the purpose of this research is to explore the potential of the economy and leading sectors in developing Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in South Kalimantan Province. The research method used in this study is quantitative. Through secondary data taken from bps of South Kalimantan Province related to Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), this study was analyzed using Loqation Quotient analysis and shift method Share to explore economic potential in a comparative manner and determine competitively leading sectors in South Kalimantan. the results showed that through the economic potential of LQ there are 7 sectors that can be developed while from the shift share as many as 9 leading sectors a competitive pickle can be developed in building a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in South Kalimantan Province.

Abstrak Identifikasi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perkembangan produktivitas kelapa di provinsi Kalimantan Selatan sebagai pengelolaan tanaman pangan yang berpotensi menjadi sektor basis pada komoditas kelapa sehingga dapat di ambil kebijakan yang dapat di gunakan untuk mengembangkan perekonomian secara berkelanjutan. Pengambilan identifikasi ini menggunakan sejumlah potensi-potensi yang berkembang pesat pada daerah-daerah tertentu untuk di lakukan pengembangan lebih lanjut sebagai sektor pengirim suku cadang tanaman pangan komoditas kelapa. Pengumpulan data dan informasi di dapat melalui google sebagai bahan acu untuk pengeambilan studi litelatur dari hasil pengidentifikasian sehingga di temukan faktor kegunaan pada tanaman pangan kelapa, segala manfaat yang terdapat pada kelapa, dan perkembangan ekonomi yang baik untuk masyarakat yang memperdayakan dalam kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi. Adapun faktor internal kelemahan, kesadaran masayarakat masih rendah terhadap perkembangan tanaman pangan pohon kelapa sebagai sumber daya ekonomi yang baik. Kurangnya ketersediaan lahan untuk pengelolan tanaman pangan kelapa ini pada kota. faktor eksternal meliputi persaingan antara daerah kabupaten maupun kota. Perkembangan masyarakat lokal yang tidak memahami produktivitas kelapa akibat mudahnya pemasokan kelapa dari berbagai daerah luar. Kata Kunci : perkembangan,kelapa,kalimantan selatan,identifikasi
