Abstract: Penelitian eksperimen yang menggunakan intervensi diet pada tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) terus mengalami peningkatan. Bentuk penelitian intervensi diet yang saat ini sering dilakukan adalah diet vegetarian. Penggunaan pelet standar dalam penelitian yang menerapkan diet telah banyak dilakukan, namun pengembangan pelet berbasis nabati masih belum dilakukan di Indonesia.
