Abstract: Penjanaan sisa pepejal di Malaysia semakin meningkat selari dengan pertambahan penduduk pada masa kini. Kepesatan pembangunan telah menghasilkan pelbagai masalah alam sekitar seperti kapasiti sisa di tapak pelupusan yang semakin kritikal yang menyebabkan tempoh jangka hayatnya tidak mampu menampung peningkatan penjanaan sisa semasa.
