Covid-19 is a coronavirus that is caused by the SARS-Cov-2 virus and affects both people who have been vaccinated and people who have not been vaccinated. It has been found in Indonesia. The goal of this study was to find out if there was a link between giving patients the COVID-19 vaccine and how anxious they were in the Karang Tinggi Health Center Work Area. This type of research is based on an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design and random sampling. Using a questionnaire sheet, collect data. The Chi-Square Test was used to get the results of the study from 54 people. There were 9 people (100%) who didn't get the COVID-19 vaccine. All of them had moderate anxiety, and none of them had mild anxiety. Also, 10 (22.2%) of the 45 people who got the COVID-19 vaccine had mild anxiety and 35 (77.8%) had moderate anxiety. Based on the study's findings, it can be seen that p = 0.183. Because the p value is greater than 0.05, Ho is accepted and Ha is not. This means that there is no significant link between the COVID-19 vaccine and how anxious patients are in the Karang Tinggi Health Center Work Area.

This pandemic has impacted various social, tourism, and education sectors. It is necessary to intervene not only in terms of health protocols but also other effective interventions are needed through efforts to provide vaccinations; institutions feel the need to carry out community service activities in the form of vaccinations. The purpose of this service is to provide vaccinations to the community. The method used in this activity is counseling about side effects after administering the Covid-19 vaccine and filling out a questionnaire. The pretest results found that some experienced side effects in the form of drowsiness, fever, chills, and shortness of breath, and some did not feel the side effects of administering the vaccine at all.

Pemerintah membuat kebijakan vaksinasi terhadap masyarakat untuk menekankan angkapenyebaran virus Covid-19. Masyarakat yang sudah melakukan vaksin tahap akhir, danmendapatkan sertifikat vaksinasi sebagai bukti bahwa masyarakat yang telah melaksanakankegiatan yang diselenggarakan. Dengan ini memberikan tantangan baru untuk mendorongperusahaan yang sedang beroperasi pada pandemi dengan berkolaborasi para pakar IT untukmenciptakan sebuah aplikasi website, dan menggabungkan sebuah teknologi berbasis RFIDsebagai pengumpulan data vaksinasi ke dalam basis data, di PT. Megatech Bio Energi sendiri yangmerupakan sebuah perusahaan bergerak dibidang pengangkutan limbah Bahan Beracun danBerbahaya (B3) dan industri pengolahan Crude Palm Oil (CPO). Permasalah pada perusahaantersebut dimana tidak adanya pengumpulan data vaksinasi dan pemeriksaan pada semua karyawanyang bekerja saat pandemi. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan sistemvaksin memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis RFID ke dalam database dengan metode prototype.Sehingga hasil riset ini bisa membagikan pemecahan untuk pengumpulan informasi karyawansecara otomatis ke dalam basis data dan juga sebagai monitoring untuk perusahaan.
