“…This is in accordance with the theory put forward by one expert stating that emotional intelligence can have a major impact on organizational effectiveness with regard to employee retention and recruitment, talent development, and work teams (Tisnawati & Priansa, 2018). This is evidenced by research (Biswan, 2019), with the results showing that the emotional intelligence variable has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the employee's emotional intelligence, the higher their OCB.
