PT Gamma Energi Pratama is a company engaged in the instrumentation sector. One of the projects undertaken by PT Gamma Energi Pratama is on an oil and natural gas drilling site. The oil drilling process involves a tool called a Gas Jack Compressor originating from the United States. At first, the technician there used the local panel that came with the compressor. But procuring spare parts takes a long time. At the same time, the needs in the field demand to be met immediately. Therefore, the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) was chosen as a special microcontroller device that can access the compressor via the Modbus Protocol. PLCs can also be connected to Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) applications via Ethernet. This solution monitors data from sensor readings installed on the Gas Jack Compressor. The system is already running with its use only on the local scope. For the development of the system so that monitoring can be carried out in real-time and online, it needs to be linked to flow control devices, database systems, and interfaces for data visualization. Thus, monitoring gas fields can be done in real-time online.

The rapid competition of business, it is necessary to implement the right strategies to support its business processes, one of which is through customer relationship management, with the aim of creating customer loyalty. Loyalty is expected to be done, ranging from customers who are looking for information to finish getting the service. The application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the right alternative solution to realize customer loyalty. Implement an e-CRM system by applying scrum methods and SWOT analysis. The SCRUM method is software that includes agile development that uses an object-oriented approach and includes planning, design, coding, and testing activities. Implementation of Scrum Modeling with three phases: pregame, scrum phase, post-game. After the application is evaluated with the SWOT method maximizes strengths and opportunities, but can simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats, from the sprint process that has been completed reviewed, and changes are needed. Website-based e-CRM system application that facilitates customer service and mamou affects customer loyalty and can support business processes on S2 Trans Karawang service. Pembangunan sistem informasi memiliki berbagai macam metodologi, salah satunya adalahmetodologi agile development. Metodologi agile development adalah bagian dari salah satu metodologi yangsaat ini banyak digunakan oleh para pengembang. Metolodogi agile development memiliki beberapa metodesalah satunya adalah metode scrum. Metode Scrum sendiri adalah salah satu bagian dari metodologi agiledevelopment yang adaptif, fleksibel, dan cepat dalam melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi.Berdasarkan hasil dari observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan terdapat beberapa permasalahan pada PT.Quatra Engineering Mandiri yaitu, proses monitoring proyek yang dilakukan saat ini masih dilakukan secaramanual, yaitu dengan melakukan peninjauan langsung ke lokasi proyek. Hal ini menyebabkan prosespemantauan proyek menjadi tidak optimal, dan biaya operasional perusahaan menjadi tidak efisien.Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, penulis mencoba menawarkan sebuah solusi dengan membuat sebuahsistem informasi yang dapat memecahkan permasalahan yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sisteminformasi monitoring proyek yang dapat menampilkan progress proyek sehingga dapat membantu prosesmonitoring yang dilakukan oleh PT. Quatra Engineering Mandiri.
