Abstract: Research on the acceptance of the use of information technology often uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theories of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, which provide an excellent theoretical basis for understanding consumer intentions to use non-cash payment transactions.
