Performance Enhancement of an Islanded Microgrid with the Support of Electrical Vehicle and STATCOM Systems

Abstract: Modern electrical power systems now require the spread of microgrids (MG), where they would be operating in either islanded mode or grid-connected mode. An inherent mismatch between loads and sources is introduced by changeable high renewable share in an islanded MG system with stochastic load demands.
