Underachiever is discrepancy between school achievement and the intelligence level of students, where school achievement is lower than the level of intelligence. This study systematically examines the results of research related to underchiver students. This study aims to identify several factors that are thought to be causes of underachiever student and solutions that can be used to provide appropriate support for students in the process of learning mathematics. The research method used is a systematic literature review with journal criteria, namely the data used is only related to the causative factors and solutions of underachiever students, and the journals used must be indexed by Scopus and Sinta. From the results of the literature study found 169 articles published in national and international journals. Of the 169 articles, 11 articles were selected that met the requirements for the analysis. The results of the analysis show that the causes of underachiever students are internal factors, namely the student's own personality and external factors that come from family and school, then the solutions offered in dealing with underachiever students include the application of fun learning with cognitive and behavioral strategies, psychoeducational interventions in the form of training and learning with approaches are accompanied by a well-prepared strategy for gifted students.

In the digital era marked by advancements in digital technology and globalization, the development of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) faces significant challenges. This research aims to uncover the crucial role of the ijtihad method in the context of understanding and formulating legal views on contemporary issues arising in the digital age. The research methodology employed is normative research, involving theoretical, philosophical, and jurisprudential analyses within Islamic fiqh. The study investigates the impacts of the digital era and shifts in the global paradigm on the development of Islamic jurisprudence. The primary focus of the research is to explore how the ijtihad method can adapt to the context of digital technology and the challenges of modern ethics. The research underscores the importance of adaptation and a profound understanding of Islamic law to address the changing times. The results of this research provide valuable insights into how Islamic jurisprudence can remain relevant in addressing contemporary issues that continue to evolve in the dynamic digital era. This study summarizes efforts to maintain the relevance of Islamic law and provide legal perspectives that align with the contemporary dynamics at hand.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis proses tumbuhnya pemikiran fikih di tengah masyarakat Islam; (2) mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kebekuan pemikiran fikih di era awal pemunculannya; dan (3) menawarkan beberapa upaya reformasi terhadap pemikiran fikih Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode riset kepustakaan (library research) di mana bahan pustaka dibahas dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis konten dan analisis deskriptif untuk mendukung proposisi dan gagasan yang ada dari berbagai referensi dengan pendekatan historis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) pertumbuhan pemikiran Fikih dapat tumbuh di tengah masyarakat Islam disebabkan besarnya kebutuhan mereka terhadap hukum-hukum fikih itu sendiri, di mana kebutuhan ini semakin tinggi dengan munculnya berbagai masalah yang diakibatkan perbedaan kondisi sosial dan budaya yang ada; (2) kebekuan dan kejumudan pemikiran fikih Islam tidak dapat dilepaskan dari beberapa sebab, di antaranya kekhawatiran yang berlebihan terhadap upaya "infiltrasi" dalam fikih Islam dan fanatisme mazhab yang melampaui batas; dan (3) upaya reformasi harus diawali dengan mengembalikan fungsi dan peran ijtihad sebagai instrumen utama pengembangan fikih Islam yang dilakukan secara proporsional.
