The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 35-70% of pregnant women in developing countries are anemic. Indonesia is one of the developing countries with the highest incidence of anemia, which is around 70% in pregnant women. One of the causes of anemia during pregnancy is that many pregnant women do not know the prevention of anemia during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health counseling on the prevention of anemia on the knowledge of pregnant women. The research design used was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest method where the characteristics of this design were no comparison group (control). The study population was all pregnant women at the Minanga Health Center which amounted to 46 people. The sample technique used was simple random sampling, which was as many as 35 people. Analysis with Wilcoxon signed rank test. The test results have a significant influence of health counseling on anemia prevention on the knowledge of pregnant women (α ≤ 0.05, namely p-value = 0.000). The conclusion is that health counseling on the prevention of anemia increases the knowledge of pregnant women. Suggestions are expected by the puskesmas to increase counseling or education about anemia during pregnancy so that pregnant women's knowledge about anemia increases.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about cervical cancer with the motivation of adolescents to vaccinate against HPV at SMA Negeri 1 Ubud. This type of research is a quantitative study with an analytic research design with a cross sectional approach, the sample in this study was 97 respondents with proportional simple random sampling technique. The results of the univariate analysis of most of the respondents, most of the students had a sufficient level of knowledge about cervical cancer, 41 respondents (42.3%), 59 students had a supportive attitude about cervical cancer (60.8%) and students had moderate motivation to do the HPV vaccination as many as 71 children ( 73.2%). The results of this study showed that 35 students had sufficient knowledge of cervical cancer and moderate motivation to vaccinate against HPV (36.1%). The results of the Spearman Rank test analysis of students have a supportive attitude about cervical cancer and moderate motivation to vaccinate HPV by calculating the calculated r value of 0.279 and a probability of 0.006 (0.006 <0.05). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between the variable attitudes of adolescents about cervical cancer with the motivation of the eleventh class of SMA Negeri 1 Ubud to vaccinate against HPV. In Indonesia, every year more than 15,000 cases of cervical cancer are detected, and around 8,000 cases of them die. The incidence of cervical cancer in Indonesia in 2011 reached 100 per 100,000 population per year. To determine the relationship between female characteristics and the incidence of cervical cancer in patients in the gynecology room of the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital in 2022. This research is a quantitative study with a case control design using primary data with a sample of 58 patients on the 2nd floor of the gynecology room. The sampling technique uses random sampling. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate using chi square. The variables associated with the incidence of cervical cancer were HPV vaccination (p=0.002), early detection of cervical cancer (p=0.003), history of smoking (p=0.009), history of vaginal discharge (p=0.014) and age at first sexual intercourse (p=0.004) with the incidence of cervical cancer, while variables that had no relationship were history of contraception (0.738). There is a relationship between HPV vaccination, early detection of cervical cancer, history of smoking, history of vaginal discharge and age at first sexual intercourse with the incidence of cervical cancer. It is expected to increase women's knowledge about the factors associated with the incidence of cervical cancer.
