Physiological characteristics of pure cultures of a white-colored truffle <i>Tuber japonicum</i>

Abstract: Truffles, primarily belonging to the genus Tuber, are ascomycetous ectomycorrhizal (EM) fungi that form symbiotic associations with diverse tree species (Pacioni & Comandini, 1999;Gryndler, 2016).
