Phytochemical and Pharmacological Properties of Flavonols

Abstract: Flavonoids are polyphenolic compounds, which are ubiquitous in nature and have been categorised into flavonols, flavones, flavanones, isoflavones, catechins, anthocyanidins and chalcones according to their chemical structure.
