Pilot Prospective Study for Validation of Korean Medication Review Tool for Nursing Home Residents in Older Adults Living in Long-term Care Facilities

Abstract: Background: To implement medication management service in Korean nursing home (NH), medication review tool for residents in Korean long-term care facilities was developed.
