Abstract: 20 21 Text: 7 pages; figures: 2 22 23 *Manuscript Click here to download Manuscript: text0628.docx Click here to view linked References Abstract 1 Five compounds, (1R,2S)-1-phenylpropane-1,2-diol, isolactarorufin, lactarorufin A, 8,13-3 dihydroxy-marasm-5-oic acid -lactone, and 7,8,13-trihydroxy-marasm-5-oic acid -4 lactone were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Russula vinosa. In the bioassay examining 5 plant-growth regulatory activity using lettuce, all the compounds regulated the growth.
