The result of Sukma et al (2021) study showed that there are four general patterns of cyberbullying speech found, namely Head Act, Head Act -Supportive Move, Supportive Move -Head Act, and Supportive Move -Head Act -Supportive Move. “…Sehubungan dengan cyberbullying, terdapat beberapa jenis antara lain flaming (pesan dengan amarah), harrasment (gangguan), denigration (pencemaran nama baik), impersonation (peniruan), outing (penyebaran), trickery (tipu daya), exclusion (pengeluaran), dan cyberstalking (Ladito R. Bagaskoro, S.H., 2021) Secara lex generalis, delik penghinaan dan/atau pencemaran nama baik dapat dikenai pasal 310 jo.311 KUHP, dalam hal ini jika penghinaan dan/atau pencemaran nama baik dilakukan secara lisan atau tulisan kepada seseorang. Namun, jika penghinaan dan/atau pencemaran nama baik ditujukan kepada penguasa atau badan umum di Indonesia, pihak yang dirugikan dapat melaporkan sehingga tindakan dapat dikenai pasal 207 KUHP (Sukma et al, 2021). Pasal 27 ayat (3) dan (4) UU ITE yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat ancaman pidana penjara bagi pelaku penghinaan dan/atau pencemaran nama, pemerasan dan pengancaman di dunia maya.Dari pasal tersebut terdapat unsur pidana cyberbullying yaitu: subjek atau pelaku, perbuatan yang dilakukan melawan hukum, kesalahan baik karena kesengajaan atau juga kelalaian, perbuatan tersebut bertentangan dengan hukum dan ada aturan yang mengaturnya serta adanya waktu, tempat, dan keadaan yang dilakukan secara elektronik.…”
