Política habitacional e locação social em Salvador

Abstract: Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar o mercado imobiliário de locação em Salvador. Num primeiro momento, caracterizaremos o problema habitacional em Salvador, para o que nos apoiaremos nas diretrizes e ações previstas no Plano Municipal de Habitação de Interesse Social (PMHIS).
