AFM measurements demonstrated that the successive electrochemical deposition of polypyrrole on this surface led to the formation of PDA-PPy films with larger grains of PPy, resulting in a final increase of the coating roughness with respect to the PDA-PPy films obtained with shorter immersion times [73] (Figure 3).
