Comparing the allele frequency values of the Central Hungarian population database with Austrian [8], Romanian [9], Slovenian [10] and Serbian [11] Caucasians by G-statistics, there were little discrepancies demonstrated at few loci (FGA, D21S11) between the STR data presented here and the Austrian as well as the Romanian database.
