Possibilidades de formação em enfermagem rural: revisão integrativa

Abstract: Objective: To understand the formation process in international rural nursing and the repercussions on formation and practice in Brazil. Methods: Integrative review composed of six stages. Data were collected in March 2018 in PubMed and Direct Science with the descriptor 'Rural nursing' and the keyword 'formation' by combining the Boolean operators 'AND' and 'OR'. “…O mesmo aponta como principal questão, o acesso limitado ao apoio psicossocial e grupos de apoio, diferenças de necessidades de informação e estigma percebido ao acesso à profissionais de saúde mental (CIPORA et al, 2018) Ainda, evidencia que a dispersão populacional nos territórios e a distância dos centros urbanos dificultam o acesso aos serviços de saúde. Quando se trata da assistência à saúde, também é preciso considerar cada sujeito ou família de acordo com suas condições de vida, com o ambiente social em que se vive, assim como suas características pessoais, o que inclui diferentes valores, crenças e práticas cotidianas que diferenciam-se das do meio urbano (LIMA et al, 2019;RIQUINHO et al, 2010) Assim sendo, a atual pesquisa concebe como justificativa que, as diversidades e obstáculos ao enfrentamento do atendimento à pacientes rurais portadoras de neoplasias malignas necessitam de desbravamento, para que, a assistência à saúde torne-se mais humanizada, fornecendo um cuidado holístico, e por meio deste, propiciar melhora na qualidade de vida.…”

Considerase um passo importante nesse cenário romper com a invisibilidade, reconhecer suas especificidades e se aproximar desse contexto (11,(15)(16) .
