“…A similar method of determination using potentiometry titration was the target of the following report; I − /I 2 redox couple potential was measured with Pt-wire indicator electrode and suitable reference electrode immersed in CHCl 3 medium, to obtain the titration curve of tetrabutyl ammonium iodide (TBI) titrand with titrant standard solution of tetrabutyl ammonium periodate (TBAPI) in CHCl 3 . The same electrochemical cell system is useful for acidimetric titration with strong acids and TBAI/TBAPI redox couple as the indicator for the titration end-point, since the oxidation reaction of the redox system takes place in strongly acidic environment [25].…”

“…The resulting brown KCtriiodide ion-pair precipitate was separated by filtration, washed thoroughly with demineralized water and dried at 40 8C. The composition of the formed ion-pair was confirmed by the potentiometric titration of I À 3 with tetrabutylammonium periodate (TBAP) in chloroform [19] and also by determination of total iodide ion produced after the decomposition of ion-pair using the alkaline fusion method as well as UV-vis, 1 H-NMR and IR spectroscopy.…”

“…So far, many methods have been developed for its determination, such as electrochemistry, 1 fluorescence, 2 chemiluminescence, 3 spectrophotometry, [4][5][6] and titrimetry. [7][8][9] A luminol-potassium ferricyanide-perphenazine CL reaction that shows high sensitivity for the determination of perphenazine was found. The perphenazine MIP, which has a specific recognition ability to perphenazine, was synthesized.…”
