Preleukaemic Abnormal Myelopoiesis Induced by Chlorambucil: A Case Study

Abstract: The authors report a patient treated for 3 years with chlorambucil for scleroderma. This apparently produced a preleukaemic sideroblastic anaemia and acute leukemia. This point out the consequences of the employment of immunodepressive agents.
