It has been more than two years since the Covid-19 pandemic has hit the world, including Indonesia. Webinars refer to online seminar activities using certain internet-based websites or applications. Webinars are an alternative to transferring knowledge through online applications. This study aims to identify what factors factually influence the interest of the adolescent audience to be actively involved in the webinar-based psychoeducation process. Qualitative research methods are used in this study. The respondents in this study were 545 teenagers by voluntary sampling, where participants were recruited through social media channels and campus organizations. The main criteria for respondents are that they have attended at least five webinars with the theme of psychology in the last six months, assuming they are familiar with the webinar situation and there is a proper comparison. Respondents are aged 16 - 21 years. The survey method was used in this study. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis using the atlas.ti 8 for Mac application. The researcher found that (1) the speaker's flight time was the factor that most influenced other factors, where experienced speakers in their field would be able to bring up fresh material and create quality teaching media and solutive and relevant material content for the audience. The experience of the facilitator plays a big role in increasing audience engagement. (2) The facilitator's skills in managing the audience where will reduce noise and build exciting and fun interactions between participants. (3) The quality of the webinar that makes them enthusiastic about being actively involved in the webinar process is divided into four themes, namely (a) technical implementation regarding the moderator's performance, number of participants, duration, implementation time, gimmick, the interaction between participants, assignments, noise during the webinar process; (b) materials regarding relevance, novelty, solutions, and quality of teaching media; (c) the presenter relates to interactive communication, voice intonation, ease of use of language, able to manage audience, experience, physical appearance, popularity; and (d) Information Technology aspects regarding device performance and network quality.

Siswa/i SMA/sederajat sering kali menemui permasalahan mengenai pemilihan studi lanjutan, terutama mengenai program studi yang akan mereka ambil. Salah satu program studi yang tidak ada dan tidak dipelajari oleh mereka salah satunya ialah psikologi. Data penelitian awal yagn dimiliki peneliti menunjukkan akibat ketidakpahaman mengenai program studi ini, terutama kesesuaian pandangan awal dengan kenyataan perkuliahan dilapangan. Sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk membantu memberikan pemahaman terkait pilihan jurusan perkuliahan, khususnya psikologi kepada siswa-siswa yang akan mengambil pendidikan lanjutan. Kami melakukan sosialisasi kepada siswa SMA/sederajat menggunakan metode ceramah secara daring dengan melibatkan mitra salah satu platform belajar daring di Indonesia. Jumlah partisipan dalam pengabdian ini ialah 51 orang. Sosialisasi ini bermanfaat bagi peserta, bagi mereka informasi ini menjadi landasan pengetahuan mengenai program studi psikologi itu sendiri. High school students often encounter problems regarding the selection of further studies, especially regarding the study program they will take. One major that was not be studied by them was was psychology. Preliminary research show that majority of high school students lack of understanding what course they take if they choose psychology as their major in undergraduate level. So the purpose of this activity is to provide understanding about psychology as one of the major that they can choose. We conducted socialization to high school students using the online lecture method by involving partners from one of the online learning platforms in Indonesia. The number of participants in this service is 51 people. This socialization is useful for participants, for them this information becomes the basis of knowledge about the psychology study program itself.

Penulisan daftar pustaka menjadi kendala yang sering dihadapi mahasiswa dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Untuk menghindari plagiarism hal yang wajib dilakukan adalah mencantumkan daftar pustaka. Banyaknya referensi yang diperlukan mahasiswa dalam penulisan karya ilmiah tentu saja beberapa dari mereka akan kesulitan apabila membuat daftar pustaka secara manual. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya aplikasi Mendeley untuk mempermudah dalam menyusun daftar pustaka secara otomatis. Namun, masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum paham dalam penggunaannya bahkan tidak mengetahui aplikasi Mendeley. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan secara daring menggunakan aplikasi Zoom, dengan sasaran peserta adalah mahasiswa umum yang ingin mengetahui bagaimana cara mempergunakan aplikasi praktis bernama Mendeley agar mereka dapat membuat daftar pustaka yang otomatis. Pelatihan ini merupakan sebuah wadah kegiatan yang memiliki tujuan yakni membantu mahasiswa agar mereka secara mandiri dapat mengelola referensi dengan baik. Dengan begitu, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia juga turut mengalami peningkatan. Pelatihan ini juga diharapkan memberikan hasil maksimal diantaranya adalah menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley, serta menambah keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley untuk mengerjakan berbagai bentuk tulisan ilmiah seperti jurnal, skripsi, maupun tugas akhir.
