The importance of health in the life of every person and society is becoming increasingly important today. The problem of health in modern society is considered in the context of the state of the environment, socio-economic status, working and living conditions, lifestyle. The focus of preventive efforts today is shifting from specific disorders to general health promotion. The study of health is becoming increasingly important in the context of the humanities, especially social psychology, which is engaged in the study of mechanisms orienting towards a healthy lifestyle and the promotion of preventive behavior.
