Psychology and the fall of Communism: The special case of (East) Germany

Abstract: The fall of Communism is now universally agreed to be what the philosopher Hegel called a world historical event -one that few predicted but nearly everyone saw as inevitable after it happened. In the aftermath many livesand worldviews-changed, not only, but also in the human sciences.
