Introduction. In the context of distance learning in the sphere of valeology, the significance of university students’ gaining computer literacy and English skills can hardly be overestimated. Therefore, it is relevant to organize an integrative learning format within valeological education based on parallel forming both digital and linguistic competencies of students in order to increase the efficiency of training. Purpose of the study is to analyze the mutual influence of digital, linguistic and valeological competences in the health-saving environment of higher education of Ukraine. Methods. The system analysis and bibliosemantic methods underlie the research. Results. Inconsistencies in understanding the content of the studied competencies, which affect the methods of their forming and the evaluation of the learning outcomes, have been identified. Values and levels of formation of digital and linguistic competences in the European Union have been determined. The essence of valeological competence and proposals on the assessment of the levels of this competence formation has been disclosed by the group of Kharkiv researchers. The common characteristics of the assessment of the levels of forming the competences under study have been detected. Conclusions. It has been ascertained that digital and linguistic competences are necessary for forming university students’ valeological competence. The research has proved that gaining utmost effectiveness to that end is enabled through the realization of synergetic principles. The study discusses approaches to assessing the quality of sustainable development indicators and analyses sustainable development indicators in general, for which the desirability function and the approach of translating sustainable development indicators into a dimensionless scale are used. This approach makes it possible to analyse the processes of achieving the sustainable development goals and relevant tasks on the basis of statistical data, as well as to compare indicators with different characteristics. For the purpose of qualimetric assessment, the article proposes to divide the indicators of sustainable development into four groups characterized by the following parameters: the lowest value is the best, the highest value is the best, the average value is the best, and the values that simultaneously tend to the lowest and the highest. It is proposed to evaluate sustainable development indicators in accordance with the group, taking into account the significance of the indicator, for which the form parameter and the evaluation step are selected by the expert evaluation method. For example, several sustainable development indicators for different groups are presented, and calculations are made to determine the dimensionless indicator, taking into account its significance according to the opinion of experts. As a result, we obtained dimensionless values for each of the sustainable development indicators (FQ = 0.92, 0.98, 0.86, 0.28, and 0.54), which characterize the achievement of sustainable development goals and allow us to assess progress in both a prospective and retrospective context.

Background. Valeological competence is the ability to lead a healthy lifestyle. Teaching the basics of a healthy lifestyle in higher education institutions of Ukraine is regulated by higher education standards. Valeological competence is formed in non-medical students during the teaching of valeological disciplines. At the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy (Kharkiv) such a valeological discipline is "Health Pedagogy", at the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" (Kharkiv) and at the National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine (Kharkiv) – "Fundamentals of Medical Knowledge and Health-Saving". Confidential questionnaires are used to assess the success of the formation of the motivational-value and personal components of valeological competence, the list of questions of which allows studying the behavior patterns of non-medical students. Aim. To establish the conformity of the questions of the questionnaires, which are used to study the formation of the motivational-value and personal components of the valeological competence in non-medical students, to the existing psychological and psychiatric methods. Materials and Methods. The bibliosemantic method and the system analysis method were used in the study. Results. Correspondence was established between the questions used to assess the success of the formation of the motivational, value and personal components of valeological competence, with the questions of such psychological and psychiatric methods questionnaires by Rogers K. and Diamond R. (social-psychological adaptation), Boyko V.V. (level of emotional burnout), Burtyanskyi D.L. and Krystal V.V. (levels of socio-pedagogical and sexual-behavioral adaptation of a married couple or sexual partners), Navran L. (satisfaction with married life or life with a sexual partner) and the CAGE-AID screening test for alcohol and/or drug addiction. Conclusions. The questions of the questionnaires used for assess the success of the formation of the motivational-value and personal components of valeological competence in non-medical students, correspond to existing psychological and psychiatric methods, the modification of which to the needs of assessing the formation of the components of valeological competence requires further research.
