Qualities of High-Strength Lightweight Concrete Used for Construction of Arctic Offshore Platform

Abstract: Concrete employed in oil exploration and production platforms for use in shallow offshore zones of the Arctic Ocean is required to be lightweight, yet high strength, and moreover possess adequate resistance to freezing and thawing.
