Young people are the backbone of urban development and an important pillar of social stability. The growth of young floating population in China has given rise to urban land expansion. Understanding the urban life pattern of urban life for young people benefits rational and effective land expansion. In this article, we introduce food delivery data into the process of exploring behavioral patterns of urban youth in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The dynamic time warping (DTW) distance-based k-medoids method is applied to explore the main activity areas and activity patterns of the urban youth population. The results indicate that many young people from Hangzhou work in Internet companies, and most of work hotspot areas are observed in high-tech parks. The existence of overtime work is proved. Combined with the housing price data in Hangzhou, it is found that young people consider both housing prices and education environment when choosing where to live. The analysis combined with road network data reflects the planning characteristics of the city, also looks into differences between the actual city functions and the planning map. The proposed methods can provide useful guidance and suggestions for city planning.

Topicality. Work capacity is seen as an important aspect of well-being and health. One of the most important factors related to work capacity is health-related quality of life (HRQOL), which assesses the physical, mental, and social aspects of a person's health. The purpose of the study was to analyze the international experience of assessing indicators of the quality of life related to health in terms of labor activity and unemployment. Research methods: bibliosemantic research method followed by content analysis of scientific literary sources and electronic resources. Research Results. HRQOL is determined by a system of factors, the analysis of which was carried out with an emphasis on such areas as labor activity and unemployment. Multivariate analysis of a number of studies confirmed that occupational stress, exposure to workplace hazards, occupational accidents contribute to low HRQOL or work-related health problems. The quality of life of the unemployed is lower than that of the employed, besides, it is higher for women compared to men. Representatives of certain professions (teachers, lawyers, medical workers, engineers, insurance agents) have lower quality of life indicators due to a high level of work stress. Employees with higher professional status have higher indicators of quality of life. The quality of life of the population employed in the economies of developing countries is reduced. Conclusions. Thus, the obtained results indicate the importance of identifying factors that directly or indirectly affect all areas of the quality of life related to the health of persons of working age in order to correct them. Since improving the quality of life is one of the key tasks of the country's development planning strategy and its reconstruction in the post-war period.

La Industria 4.0 está impulsada por el Internet y algoritmos con el propósito de brindar a las empresas un nivel de visibilidad y control sin precedentes. Es ahí donde la gestión de capital humano debe promover el capital humano dentro de la organización para el desarrollo de las compañías y las competencias blandas resultan interesantes de estudiar para determinar en qué medida contribuyen al éxito de las mismas y al conocimiento sobre el tema. El objetivo de este trabajo fue determinar en qué medida dichas competencias blandas mejoran el éxito de las MIPyMES. Se realizó una investigación en el sur del estado de Tamaulipas con 352 empresas a las cuales se les aplicó un instrumento de investigación con escala tipo Likert, validado y confiable, con un método analítico descriptivo y correlacional con el que los resultados encontrados indican que si hay una relación que podría beneficiar a quien implemente las conclusiones, producto de esta investigación, de fomentar las competencias blandas en los miembros de la empresa de habilidades de trabajo en equipo, negociación, servicio y solución de problemas.
