Quand les députés coupent le « RESEDA »

Abstract: « CUANDO LOS DIPUTADOS CORTAN LA RESEDA » ¿Porqué son interrumpidos frecuentemente los oradores regularmente inscriptos ante el presidente de la sesión parlamentaria ? Quién toma la palabra y para interrumpir a quién ? En nombre de que partido ? Con el propósito de establecer una tipología de las interrupciones, trataremos de destacar las estrategias adoptadas por diferentes opositores.
