Quelle relation d'emploi dans les zones périurbaines et territoires émergents ? Exploration du schéma mental, base du contrat psychologique

Abstract: Résumé Constatant les difficultés d’embauche de jeunes opérateurs dans un entrepôt logistique situé près de la ville nouvelle de l’Isle d’Abeau, l’article rend compte d’un travail exploratoire sur le contrat psychologique. Une analyse lexicométrique d’interviews suggère que ces difficultés d’intégration pourraient être liées à la forte cohésion du groupe d’accueil. L’accès au marché du travail des jeunes serait-il aussi un problème d’acceptation par le monde adulte ?
