Reduced activity of adenylyl cyclase 1 attenuates morphine induced hyperalgesia and inflammatory pain in mice

Abstract: Opioid tolerance, opioid-induced hyperalgesia during repeated opioid administration, and chronic pain are associated with upregulation of adenylyl cyclase activity.
