Reference standard design for flow calibration of mechanical ventilator and lung simulator calibrators

Abstract: ÖzetçeMekanik Ventilatör, akciğer simulatoru gibi solunum cihazları kalibrasyonu için tasarlanmış özel akış kalibratörleri kullanılmaktadır. Bu kalibratörlerin de güvenirliği bakımından uluslararası izlenebilirlik zincirine ulusal standartlar vasıtasıyla bağlanmış olması gereklidir. Solunum kalibratörlerinin kalibrasyonunun gerçekleştirileceği ulusal referansın imalatından önce tasarımın üzerine inşa edileceği solunum fonksiyonunun matematiksel modelinin doğru analiz edilmesi önemlidir. Amaç zamanla sinüzoidal… Show more

“…Furthermore, R. Nadeem et al in 2019 conducted a study of the maximum tolerable PEEP in mechanically ventilated patients with PEEP parameter settings of 0, 5, 8,11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29 cmH2O. Based on this study, it was concluded that under controlled conditions, higher PEEP levels were well tolerated and the PEEP setting of 29 CmH2O was the highest PEEP setting that could be tolerated in patients [21] [22]. Based on the identification of the problems above, this study designed a Flow Analyzer using the MPX2010 sensor to analyze the stability of the PEEP parameter on the ventilator by displaying a graph of the respiratory rate in real-time on the TFT LCD.…”
