Regional specifics of social values and their impact on Central Siberian territories’ modernization (based on research of Krasnoyarsk region)

Abstract: Market transition in post-socialist societies is directly linked to the concept of values. Assumptions about pace of regional transition can be made from information about dynamics of values, shared by social subjects living in this area and give an instrument to predict pace of modernization.
